Fair Processing Notice
All information that we hold concerning you as an individual (taken from the membership form) will be held and processed by the club strictly in accordance with the provisions of the data protection law.
Such data will be used by the club to administer our relationship with you as a member and to provide you with information about our activities. Access to such information is restricted according to a strict ‘need to know’ principle.
We will not, without your consent, share any information about you with any third party except where such a transfer is a necessary part of the activities that we undertake, or we are required to do so by the operation of the law.
As an individual, you have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to obtain information from us, including a description of the data that we hold on you. Should you have any queries concerning this right or you wish to withdraw consent at any point please contact kdfleeds@gmail.com, specifying your full name and contact details.
The club will only be retained information for as long as is absolutely necessary.
Information about you will be retained for 2 years after leaving the club, unless otherwise specified, and will be securely destroyed thereafter.
